Eagle's View Estates is the largest community in Oregon with more than 2400 homesites. Homes will range from 1500sf to 2400sf and will be priced from the $270s to the upper $300s. The community is in the Southeastern part of the city and will have sidewalk lined streets. It is within walking distance to Eastwood Elementary and is in close proximity to neighborhood parks.
The City of Roseburg has just over 20,000 residents. It is located on Interstate 5, 67 miles south of the state's second largest city, Eugene, and 123 miles north of the California border. It rests about an hour's drive from the Pacific Ocean and Diamond Lake. The Diamond Lake area offers a multitude of recreational activities including hiking, camping, fishing and water sports. The City's climate is quite desirable with mild winters, pleasant summers, very little annual rainfall and some of the lowest wind velocities in the United States.
