HearthStone Homes Inc. was founded in 2006 by Aaron Gillen, Steve Rosling & Vanndy Yem. The principle owners have over sixteen combined years experience in building and selling new homes. The company began building homes in Roseburg, OR in 2006 and will expand to build communities in the Portland, Boise & Missoula markets. HearthStone Homes prides itself on offering superior floor plan selections and a high level of standard amenities.

| Aaron Gillen, V.P. of Production- Aaron has built more than one hundred homes for various homeowners. He has been directly responsible for negotiating contracts and managing purchasing for an additional 2900 homes for national homebuilder DR Horton. |
| Steve Rosling, V.P. of Sales & Marketing- Steve has an impressive record selling new homes. In his first year alone, he sold more than 120 new homes for DR Horton. His expertise in market analysis and buying trends opened doors for him to market new homes in premier subdivisions with home prices ranging from $380,000 to $750,000. Steve left DR Horton in 2004 to establish Park Place Real Estate and has marketed and sold properties ranging from entry level homes to grand estates located in Portland's Street of Dreams and Vancouver's Parade of Homes. |
